{"id":107,"date":"2014-09-03T17:25:02","date_gmt":"2014-09-03T14:25:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/experthr.ro\/?p=107"},"modified":"2014-09-03T17:25:02","modified_gmt":"2014-09-03T14:25:02","slug":"concediul-de-maternitate-prenatal-si-postnatal-referinte-legislative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experthr.ro\/servicii-resurse-umane\/concediul-de-maternitate-prenatal-si-postnatal-referinte-legislative\/","title":{"rendered":"Concediul de maternitate (prenatal si postnatal) &#8211; referinte legislative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Baza legala: ORDONAN\u0162\u0102 DE URGEN\u0162\u0102 nr. 158 din 17 noiembrie 2005 (actualizat\u0103)<\/p>\n<p>Baza de calcul:<br \/>\n\u203a\u00a0media veniturilor lunare ( in cazul dvs. veniturile salariale brute din ultimele 6 luni, pentru fiecare contract de munca in parte) .<\/p>\n<p>Durata:<br \/>\n\u203a\u00a0126 de zile calendaristice, care pot fi acordate pe o perioada de 63 de zile \u00eenainte de na\u015ftere (sarcina\/prenatal) si 63 de zile dup\u0103 na\u015ftere (lauzie\/postnatal).<\/p>\n<p>Aceste perioade pot fi compensate intre ele in functie de solicitarea salariatei catre medicul de familie sau medicul specialist.<br \/>\nDurata obligatorie pentru concediul de lauzie trebuie sa fie de 42 de zile calendaristice.<\/p>\n<p>Cuantumul brut lunar al indemniza\u0163iei de maternitate (prenatal si postnatal):<br \/>\n\u203a\u00a085% din media zilnica a veniturilor salariale brute pe ultimele 6 luni ; practic, venitul brut pe 6 luni\/nr zile lucrate (zile de stagiu de cotizare asimilat).<\/p>\n<p>Plata indemnizatiei de maternitate se face de angajator si va fi suportata de bugetul Fondului na\u0163ional unic de asigur\u0103ri sociale de s\u0103n\u0103tate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baza legala: ORDONAN\u0162\u0102 DE URGEN\u0162\u0102 nr. 158 din 17 noiembrie 2005 (actualizat\u0103) Baza de calcul: \u203a\u00a0media veniturilor lunare ( in cazul dvs. veniturile salariale brute din ultimele 6 luni, pentru fiecare contract de munca in parte) .
